Swing Staging, has been doing PI and WW Rig , also known as Building Maintenance Units (BMU) maintenance for various clients including several major hotel chains, corporate offices and hi-rise commercial and residential buildings.  Our teams perform basic  maintenance,  preventive maintenance or total system overhaul of mechanical and electrical systems of the rig. We have a dedicated team of mechanics and technicians fully trained and qualified to work on the rigs, wire ropes,  rail tracks, davit systems and motors. We have also performed drop tests for customers during the NY State inspections.
