• Emergency upper & lower limit devices and separate emergency over-speed brake.

• Ground personnel safety alert - Material Hoist automatically stops 10 ft. above ground and horn sounds notifying workers below.
• Material Hoist can be field upgraded for personnel.
• Installation platform for installing & anchoring mast.
• Mounting clamps available for attaching to scaffolding or anchoring to building.
• Removable controller for easier service.
• Standard basket size is 57 in. x 52 in. and customized basket sizes are available.
• Screw jacks for easy and fast leveling of base.
