Pipe Scaffolding, Netting and Sidewalk Bridging

This is a school undergoing renovations. Part of the Site Safety plan is to provide sidewalk bridges and netting around the scaffolding. The pipe scaffolding was put on uneven rocky outcrops of limestone which Manhattan is famous for.
